Regional Economic Outlooks
The Economic Outlooks are the major annual publication of the Economic Forecast Project.
The countywide versions of these books are typically over 250 pages of extensive written
analysis and data on county economic activity. These books contain a wealth of data, both
historical and forecast. Economic Outlooks are published for each of the following regions.

Los Angeles County Economic Forecast
The Los Angeles County Economic Forecast is the most complete source of historical and forecast
data for Los Angeles County. The eBook includes a five-year forecast for 561 variables and
comprehensive coverage of output, employment, and salaries; demographics; market data;
industrial structure; residential and commercial real estate activity; and other indicators of
local economic performance (historical and forecasted). Published annually in July.

City Level Economic Forecasts
Economic Forecast Project's City Level Economic Forecasts include economic and social data unique
to each city and typically not published in the more comprehensive county-level Economic Outlook
publications. City Level Forecasts are published in conjunction with partner organizations in each city,
usually the local chamber of commerce.
